Biographical Information[edit]

Jeff Johnson has been a college coach.

Johnson was All-State in baseball, football and basketball in high school and set a national record with 43 interceptions in his high school career. He was head coach of Marianna High School (127-48 from 1989-1995) and Liberty County High School (25-7 in 1996) before becoming head coach of Chipola Junior College. He guided Chipola to its first national title, in 2007. He began his career at Chipola 532-278-2. Among the players he had coached are Jose Bautista, Russell Martin, Mat Gamel, Tyler Flowers, Adam Loewen, Rene Tosoni, Steve Clevenger, Patrick Corbin, Alan Horne, LeVon Washington and Darren Ford.
