Jason Abramavicius is a former minor league baseball pitcher who played from 1993 to 1995 in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization. Undrafted, he was the only player signed at a Pirates open tryout in 1993. [1]

He began his pro career with the Welland Pirates, with whom he went 2-4 with a 3.12 ERA in 52 innings of work. The following year, splitting time between the Augusta GreenJackets and Salem Buccaneers, he went a combined 6-8 with a 2.99 ERA in 37 games (13 starts). He wrapped up his career with the Lynchburg Hillcats in 1995, going 1-0 with a 7.30 ERA in nine relief appearances.

Overall, Abramavicius went 9-12 with a 3.33 ERA in 60 career games (20 starts).

He currently works for TCS Basys Controls, an energy management firm.
