Biographical Information[edit]

Catcher Jamie Pogue played minor league ball for nearly a decade.

After hitting .270 with 5 home runs for the London Werewolves of the independent Frontier League in 1999, Pogue joined the St. Louis Cardinals organization the next year. He played three seasons in their system, reaching the AA level. He later played several more years of independent league ball in the Atlantic League.

Pogue rejoined the Cardinals as the team's bullpen catcher in 2012.
