James Moyer tied for the California League lead with 18 wins in 1968. He posted a 2.24 ERA, while also leading the league with 225 IP and 269 K. He was listed on the San Francisco Giants 1969 spring roster, and was drafted by the Cleveland Indians in the 1971 Rule V Draft, but never pitched in the majors.
