James Monroe High School

From BR Bullpen

James Monroe High School was located in the Bronx, NY and operated from 1924 to 1994, when it was shut down for poor performance. A number of future major league players were students here, including Izzy Goldstein, Hank Greenberg, Ed Kranepool and Dan Monzon. Marvin Miller also went here.
