Jaime Bubela played 11 games for the 2005 Mariners.
He appeared mostly in center field for the Mariners, at a time when the regular was Jeremy Reed.
He was also a star quarterback at Cypress Falls High School. Dane Bubela, his younger brother, graduated from Cypress Falls a couple years later, also attended Blinn College, and played a couple years in the minors.
Jaime was at Baylor University prior to playing in the minors from 2000-05. He stole bases well and hit a lot of triples. He had a knee injury in 2004.
