Jérôme Rousseau is an outfielder twho plays for the Lions de Savigny-sur-Orge in Division Elite and has also played for the French national team. In the 2002 World University Championship, he was 1 for 17 with a double and 10 strikeouts as the French right fielder. He went 0 for 2 with a strikeout in the 2003 European Championship. In the 2007 Division Elite, he hit .395/.459/.583 with 27 runs and 26 RBI in 28 games, playing mostly right field and some first base. He went 3 for 15 with 3 walks, 6 strikeouts and a homer in the 2007 European Championship. In Division Elite in 2008, he batted .316/.373/.507 with 31 runs in 34 games and 14 steals in 18 tries, again playing right field for Savigny.
