The Inter-American Series was a a winter league post-season tournament that was played between the champions of Latin American winter leagues in the 1960s. It the successor to the Serie del Caribe - the tournament was discontinued after the Cuban Winter League ended in 1960 - and was overseen by the Confederación de Béisbol del Caribe, which had also run the Serie del Caribe.

The four team tournament featured the league champions of the Liga de Béisbol Profesional de Puerto Rico of Puerto Rico, the Liga Venezolana de Béisbol Profesional of Venezuela, the Panamanian League of Panama and starting with the 1963 Series the Nicaraguan League of Nicaragua. Before that, the tournament featured a second team from the host country.
