Ike Blessitt played in Mexico for 20 years. In 2007 he was the manager of the Detroit Danger Women's Elite Baseball Team.
He was with the Toledo Mud Hens in 1972. In 1975 he was with Tucson. In 1977 he led the Eastern League in RBI.
In 1989, Ike Blessitt played for the Orlando Juice of the Senior Professional Baseball Association. He hit .329 in 49 games with the team.
