Hod Kibbie played baseball seven years from 1922 to 1928, 3 in college, 5 in the minors and a cup of coffee in the Major Leagues. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II (BN). He played in 11 games in the infield for the Boston Braves in 1925. He was a physician with a general practice of medicine in Fort Worth from 1933 until shortly before his death. For many years he was the company doctor for the Fort Worth city employees and for the Santa Fe Railway. He died at age 72 and is buried at Rose Hill Memorial Park in Fort Worth TX.
