Harry Suter's 2.47 ERA for the 1909 White Sox seems pretty good until you realize that it was the heart of the dead-ball era and the team ERA that year was only 2.05.
He also pitched in the PCL, winning 27 games in 1908 and 22 in 1911. With Austin in 1907 he won 23 games.
