Harry Heitmann pitched briefly for the 1918 Brooklyn Robins, a team on which Burleigh Grimes was the star pitcher. Heitmann was also with the Rochester Hustlers that year, leading the league with a 1.32 ERA, and going 17-6.
Heitmann was also in the Navy that year.
