Harry Eccles pitched five games for the 1915 Philadelphia Athletics.
He served in World War I and afterwards was a mail carrier and farm laborer. Source: Harry Eccles.
The Oswego Palladium-Times of June 3, 1955 carries an obituary which indicates that Eccles developed a sore arm in 1915 which caused him to quit baseball.
