Harry Billiard played briefly in the American League and then was in the Federal League. He also was in the minors for eight seasons.
The book San Antonio at Bat mentions him as a star for the 1910 San Antonio team who, along with Harry Ables, kept the team in contention. Billiard went 16-11 for the season.
Most of his major league appearances were with the the 1914 Indianapolis Hoosiers of the 1914 Federal League. He went 8-7 for the pennant-winning team. Sporting Life of Oct. 31, 1914 gave his professional biography, and said he was 5 ft. 8 in. and 165 pounds.
His nickname "Pree" was his middle name.
