Hank Webb pitched for the New York Mets from 1972 to 1976, most of his appearances coming in 1975. He also pitched in five games with the Los Angeles Dodgers in 1977. Webb compiled a 7-9 lifetime record.
Two of Webb's teams, the 1973 Mets and the 1977 Dodgers, won the pennant, but Webb did not appear in post-season play. Webb's ERA for the 1977 Dodgers was 2.25.
He is the father of minor league pitcher Ryan Webb.
