[edit] Biographical Information
Outfielder Hal Peck played one game for the 1943 Brooklyn Dodgers but returned to the minors after losing two of his toes in a hunting accident. He hit .345 for the Milwaukee Brewers in 1944 and scored 140 runs before being acquired by the Philadelphia Athletics late in the season. He hit .276 with as the Athletics regular rightfielder in 1945. He later also played for the Cleveland Indians.
