Guido Grilli pitched in the big leagues in 1966. In the minors, he pitched in Vancouver and Toronto and elsewhere.
Grilli was the first of three big-league players (through 2008) with the last name "Grilli". He came out of the University of Memphis, the second major leaguer to do so. He is the only big-leaguer, however, remembered with the first name "Guido", although Wedo Martini's real name was Guido.
