[edit] Biographical Information

George "Prunes" Moolic played one season in the major leagues. He had been part of a battery with Jocko Flynn the previous season, and when Cap Anson signed Flynn for the 1886 Chicago White Stockings, Moolic came along too. The two had both been born in Lawrence, MA and were approximately the same age.

Moolic later managed a minor league team in Norwalk, CT.
