Infielder Garry Templeton, Jr. was drafted by the Anaheim Angels in the 49th round of the 1999 Amateur Draft. He spend two seasons in the Angels system, topping out in A ball before spending the next seven seasons in the independent leagues. His minor league totals are .217/.284/.258.

He is the son of former big league shortstop Garry Templeton.
