Games finished is a statistic for relief pitchers which counts the number of games in which a relief pitcher was the last pitcher for his team. Because under current rules all saves occur in situations in which a pitcher is also credited with a game finished, the all-time leaders in both categories are closely correlated, which was not necessarily the case until the 1970s.

The all-time leader for games finished is Trevor Hoffman - who is also the all-time leader for saves - with 856, followed by Mariano Rivera and Lee Smith, who also trail him in saves.
