Argentinian infielder Gabriel Sanso signed with Spain's El Llano club for 2007. He hit .365 (12th in the Division Honor), slugged .447 (28th) and had a .471 OBP (8th). He also stole 16 bases in 18 tries. In 2008, Sanso batted .305/.468/.373 with 16 walks and 21 runs in 19 games for El Llano. In his third year, he fell to .245/.349/.277 and the club did not retain his services for 2010.

Sanso helped Argentina to a Bronze Medal at the 2010 South American Games, then was with the team for the 2010 Pan American Games Qualification Tournament.
