Fumimasa Ishibashi is a minor league baseball outfielder/catcher who played for the Japan Samurai Bears in 2005 and for the Inland Empire 66ers in 2008 and 2010. For the Samurai Bears, he hit .197 in 178 at-bats. In 2007, he was signed by the Rockford RiverHawks, but he didn't play for them as he was released prior to the start of the season. He played in only two games for the 66ers in 2008, going 0 for 2 at the plate. In 2010, he appeared in one game and went 1-for-4 at the plate.

Prior to playing in the United States, Ishibashi played for the Kochi Fighting Dogs in the Shikoku-Kyūshū Island League.
