Fu-Ming Tu (杜福明)

Fu-Ming Tu pitched in the Olympics and has coached for quite a few years.

Tu was with Taiwan for the 1984 Olympics. He remained with the Taiwan national team for the 1985 Asian Championship, 1985 Intercontinental Cup, 1986 Amateur World Series and 1987 World Port Tournament but was a late cut for the 1988 Olympics.

When the Chinese Professional Baseball League began play in 1990, Tu was with the President Lions, going 10-8 with a save and a 3.15 ERA. He went 9-3 with a 3.09 ERA for the 1991 Lions. He had a 9-13, 3.39 record in 1992, but fell to 2-6, 5.13 in 1993. He saw limited action in 1994, going 1-0 with a 4.81 ERA. He only worked 2/3 of an inning in 1995.

Moving to the Sinon Bulls in 1996, he had a 4.50 ERA in two innings while serving as pitching coach. He then became pitching coach for the Chianan Luka (1997) and was their head coach for 1998-2001. He was pitching coach of the Macoto Gida in 2003, then coached for the Macoto Cobras in 2006-2007.

Tu went to China in 2009 to coach for the Henan Elephants, then coached for the Chinese national team in the 2009 Baseball World Cup.

Tu threw a shuuto and curveball.
