Freddie Burdette pitched parts of three seasons for the Chicago Cubs. In that time, he had one win and one save. The win came on August 18, 1964 against the Philadelphia Phillies. He pitched 2 innings of scoreless relief in the Cubs' 4-3, 16-inning win. The save came on September 20, 1962 also against the Phillies. He pitched the last two scoreless innings in the Cubs' 4-1 win. Cal Koonce got the win.
