Freddie Benavides managed the Clinton LumberKings in 1999 and the Dayton Dragons in 2000. He has been the Cincinnati Reds minor league infield coordinator since 2001, while also serving as a coach for the Reds for two months in 2003 and the manager for the GCL Reds in 2004.
