Frederick E. White
Fred White is a broadcaster based in Kansas City. A member of the Kansas City Royals organization since 1974, White is currently the team's Director of Broadcast Services and Alumni. He was teamed with Denny Matthews on the Royals Radio Network for 25 seasons, ending in 1998.
In his lengthy career, White has also broadcast basketball and football games on network television. He can still be heard calling Big 12 and Big Ten games on radio.
