Frank Baker played four seasons in the big leagues, mostly as a shortstop, during the second dead-ball era.
He backed up Gene Michael on the 1970-71 New York Yankees and Mark Belanger on the 1973-74 Baltimore Orioles. Both Orioles teams won their division and both Yankees teams finished over .500.
in the minors, Baker spent parts of four seasons at Syracuse.
