Frank Baker played four seasons in the big leagues, mostly as a shortstop.
He backed up Gene Michael on the 1970 and 1971 New York Yankees and Mark Belanger on the 1973-1974 Baltimore Orioles. Both Orioles teams won their division and both Yankees teams finished over .500.
In the minors, Baker spent parts of four seasons at Syracuse.
