Fraley Rogers, born in Brooklyn, NY in 1850, played for the Brooklyn Stars in 1869-70. He made his National Association debut in 1872, becoming the regular right fielder for the Boston Red Stockings, who won the pennant with a 39-8 record. He came back for only one more game, on July 5, 1873 with the Red Stockings, going 2-for-6.
He died around the age of 31 in 1881.
