Fabian Williamson is a minor league starting pitcher currently in the Boston Red Sox organization. Taken in the 22nd round of the 2006 amateur draft by the Seattle Mariners, Williamson was signed by scouts Phil Pote and Greg Whitworth.

Williamson began his professional career in 2007, appearing in 14 games for the AZL Mariners and in one game for the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers. He went 6-2 with a 3.43 ERA and 73 strikeouts in 65 2/3 innings with the AZL Mariners. He tied Euclides Viloria for second in the Arizona League in strikeouts, trailing only Michael Anton. He tied for second in wins and was 10th in ERA. With the Timber Rattlers, he earned a no-decision in his only game, pitching six innings and allowing no earned runs.

In 2008, he played for the Pulaski Mariners, going 4-3 with a 4.10 ERA in 11 games started. In 52 2/3 innings, he struck out 67 batters. On January 20, 2009, he was traded to the Red Sox for David Aardsma.
