Enrico Spocci

Enrico Spocci was an Italian umpire who worked several international events. Despite only living to age 36, he received such recognition that Parma named a street after him and Italy gives out an award named after him to the best international umpire. Spocci was voted into the Italian Baseball Hall of Fame in 2007.
