Edgar M. Estivison Anderson
Edgar Estivison is a Panamanian umpire. He has worked some international events, including the 2007 Baseball World Cup and 2008 Olympics. In the 2007 World Cup, he made a controversial call in Australia's 7-6 win over Canada. In the bottom of the 9th, Australian SS Brad Harman bobbled a ball while touching second base during a potential double play; Estivison made the call for an out despite the circumstances. Before Canadian manager Terry Puhl could come out to argue, the umpires had left the field.
