Edward Stumpf

Died October 16, 1978 in Milwaukee, WI USA


Catcher Eddie Stumpf played in the minors from 1916 to 1920. He then moved into the front offices of various teams in Milwaukee, Tarboro, Janesville, Cleveland, Indianapolis, and Chicago.

Stumpf managed the 1939 Tarboro Serpents, 1943 Rockford Peaches, and 1945 Kenosha Comets.
