In 1990, Milner played for the Fort Myers Sun Sox of the Senior Professional Baseball Association. He played in 14 games and was batting .156 when the league folded.
Cousin of John Milner and his brother Hobson Milner was a 12th round draft choice of the Minnesota Vikings in 1982.
