Eddie Haas had one career home run, July 22, 1960 against the Chicago Cubs. The pitcher was Don Elston.
Eddie Haas was an Atlanta Braves coach from 1974 to 1977 and in 1984 before managing the club in 1985.
- Eddie is the brother of minor leaguer Lou Haas and the cousin of Phil Roof, Gene Roof, and minor leaguers Paul Roof, David Roof, Adrian Roof, Shawn Roof, Jonathan Roof and Eric Roof.
