After being traded by the Philadelphia Athletics in May 1934, Madjeski was the regular catcher for the 1934 Chicago White Sox.
He played for the Williamsport Crosscutters in part of 1934.
He managed in 1946 for the Orlando Senators in the Florida State League and in 1948 for the Fort Lauderdale Braves in the Florida International League.
