Ed Eiteljorge was in the majors for two seasons during his college years, which were 1889-92.
He is one of only two major league players to come out of DePauw University through 2006. His time there overlapped with that of Al Orth.
He is one of four German-born players who appeared in the major leagues in the 1890's.
