Ed Cihocki was up for one game with the 1932 Athletics and 33 games with the 1933 Athletics. The A's had just come off winning the pennant in 1929-31 and were still above average in 1923-33 before dipping under .500 for more than a decade after that.
A shortstop, Cihocki backed up Dib Williams on the 1933 team.
Ed also played for Harrisburg, Syracuse, Albany, and Birmingham as well as three seasons with Los Angeles.
