[edit] Biographical Information

Ed Cihocki was up for one game with the 1932 Athletics and 33 games with the 1933 Athletics. The A's had just come off winning the pennant in 1929-31 and were still above average in 1923-33 before dipping under .500 for more than a decade after that.

A shortstop, Cihocki backed up Dib Williams on the 1933 team.

Ed also played for Harrisburg, Syracuse, Albany, and Birmingham as well as three seasons with Los Angeles.
