Pitcher Dustin Moseley was selected by the Cincinnati Reds in the 2000 amateur draft. Prior to the 2005 season, he was traded to the Los Angeles Angels for Ramon Ortiz.
His American Legion coach was former Cleveland farmhand Rod Koller.
