[edit] Biographical Information

After serving in the Navy during World War II, second baseman Dom Barczewski played six seasons in the St. Louis Cardinals organization. With the Pocatello Cardinals of the Pioneer League in 1949, he hit .301 with 19 homers and was a member of the league All-Star team.
