Dick Wagner

Dick Wagner was the assistant GM of the Cincinnati Reds from 1967 to 1977. He was General Manager of the Reds from 1978 to 1983. As Reds GM he oversaw the team's Fire Sale during 1981 and 1982 that stripped the team of the talent from the Big Red Machine era. Wagner served as general manager of the Houston Astros in 1986-1987.
