Infielder Dick Schofield is the player to play on both sides of arguably the two biggest rivalries in baseball. He was on the Boston Red Sox in 1969-1970 and the New York Yankees in 1966. He was with the Los Angeles Dodgers in 1966-1967 and the San Francisco Giants in 1965-1966.
Grandfather of Jayson Werth. Father of Dick Schofield. Was known as a good defensive shortstop.
John Curtis, Jim Slaton, Jerry Reuss, and Don Sutton all played with both Dick Schofields.
