Dick Clark is a Negro Leagues researcher and author of books on the topic. Along with Larry Lester, he edited The Negro Leagues Book in 1994 and was co-author of the book Black Baseball in Chicago and Black Baseball in Detroit. He is co-chair of SABR's Negro Leagues Committee.
