Delvi Cid was signed by Cesar Gerónimo for the Cleveland Indians as a nondrafted free agent when he was 17 years old on Dec. 12, 2006.
Playing for the Lake County Captains in 2010, Cid led all of Minor League Baseball with 71 stolen bases on the year.
