Dave Valle was signed as a 3nd round pik in the 1978 amateur draft by the Seattle Mariners and scouts Steve Ray and Bill Kearns. Valle has been a broadcaster for the Seattle Mariners since 1998. His brother, John Valle, was a minor league outfielder from 1972 to 1984.
Valle also has been active with a micro-loan business in the Dominican Republic.
