Dave Otto was signed as a 2nd round pick in the 1985 amateur draft by the Oakland A's and scouting director Dick Bogard.
Otto was a broadcaster for the Chicago Cubs in 2000 and 2001.
His son, Travis Otto, was drafted in the 2008 amateur draft.
