Dave Marshall was one of many promising outfielders to come up with the San Francisco Giants in the 1960s. He was never quite able to crack a major league starting lineup, but the lefthanded hitter became a valuable pinch-hitter for the New York Mets and San Diego Padres after leaving San Francisco.
