[edit] Biographical Information
Dave Jauss was the first base coach for the Boston Red Sox from 1997 to 1999, a bench coach for the Los Angeles Dodgers from 2006 to 2007, and was the bench coach for the Baltimore Orioles in 2008 and 2009. In 2010, he occupied the same functions for the New York Mets. Jauss previously served as the Orioles' coordinator of Minor League instruction in 1995. He has also spent time as a Red Sox scout, a minor league coach, and a minor league manager.
Jauss was the head baseball coach at Westfield State College in 1982-1984, and Atlantic Christian College in 1985-1987.
