Dave Stegman hit 2 home runs on May 16, 1984 as a member of the Chicago White Sox against the Kansas City Royals. He started the game batting 7th and playing center field. Both home runs were against Larry Gura. The White Sox lost the game 7-6. He was with Team USA in the 1974 Amateur World Series.
