Biographical Information[edit]

Darrell Rasner was drafted by the Montreal Expos in the 2nd round of the 2002 amateur draft. He was signed by scout Keith Snider and made his pro debut that summer.

Darrell signed with the Rakuten Golden Eagles for 2009. He was their #3 starter, getting his debut on April 5. It was an unpleasant experience as he allowed 8 hits and 6 runs in 3 1/3 IP before getting yanked.

Rasner's cousin, Jacob Rasner, has played professionally since 2005.
